Ryft — Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that Ryft Security, LLC ("Ryft," "we") uses to operate ryftapi.com, process purchases, and deliver licenses. It is referenced by, and forms part of, our Privacy Policy.
Because the Ryft desktop application is local-first, your testing data, captured traffic, scan findings, and Target information are not sent to us and are not shared with any sub-processor. The sub-processors below handle only the limited personal data involved in running the Site and fulfilling an order.

Location and transfers
All current sub-processors are based in the United States. Where required for transfers from the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum/IDTA where applicable) incorporated into our agreements with these providers and, where a sub-processor is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension). Changes to this list
We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors as our operations evolve. When we make a material change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
